Rewards of the simple life...

"To find the universal elements enough;
to find the air and the water exhilarating;
to be refreshed by a morning walk or an
 evening saunter; to be thrilled by the stars
at night; to be elated over a bird’s nest or
a wildflower in spring: these are some
of the rewards of the simple life."

  13. Hi Megan
    Thank you for the wonderful things you post here time and again! Like you I share freebies, but am not nearly as good as you and terrible at giving credits half the time lol. Anyway, I wanted to tell you about something. A blog friend of mine contacted me today telling me that someone on a German ebay site was selling my collage sheets completely unaltered, just lifting them and selling them as they are. I went to check it out and I am almost certain she is selling your stuff too! Here is a link so you can check for yourself:
    http://stores.ebay.de/Zaubergarten-La-Louna-Magic-Design/Tags-/_i.html?_fsub=3167375014&_sid=126184144&_trksid=p4634.c0.m322

    I have tried to get in touch with ebay to try and report her, but so far have been unsuccessful.... I did contact her about one of my sheets via "ask a question about this item". I wrote her a nasty comment to tell her to remove it and when I checked later she had. She still has several other items of mine and several Graphics Fairy ones too and probably Bumble Button and who know how many others also. I love sharing the things I make for free and I don't mind anyone using my stuff, being creative with them and then sell them if they wish, but I hate people that just steal. I hope you will take the time to contact this lady also as I feel people like this really should be stopped!

    Take care and have a pleasant evening still
    xo

    1. Wow, first I'd like to say I admire your work!! You've been a huge inspiration to me ~ I've looked up your free images and tried to imitate your style, as it is lovely. Thank you for sharing your gifts & talents also :)

      You were right, this seller has a lot of my freebies on her site... I whole-heartedly agree with you and share freebies for the same reasons. I will join you in contacting this person. If I can figure out the sources for the other freebies, I'll message the original creators as an FYI. Hope we can get this taken care of soon!

      Thanks again!!

    2. Thank you for the wonderful journal cards sweetie!

      I've notified Keren from Free Pretty Things For You that her work is posted up on this ebay seller page as well. It is so sad that this person is stealing freebies and selling them!!

  22. Megan I just heard from the lady who has the ebay shop where she lists our things. I replied here earlier but can't see it, so maybe it disappeared. She wrote saying she does not speak English and could I please write to her in German. Well luckily my German is pretty good so I wrote a rough translation and told her that what she was doing is illegal and that she should take down my images straight away. We'll see where that gets me. I have also posted on Facebook with a link to you telling people that she is doing the same to you. I think the more people we warn against this lady the better! If she contacts you, I am happy to help translate!!
